Rules, Regulations / Terms
• The fees paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Failure to pay the fees by due date shall result in imposition of fine according to the bylaws of the company.
• Transfer to any other course is not permitted. In Special cases, if allowed, the students will be required to pay the requisite transfer fee decided by the institution.
• JNICSR reserves the exclusive right in making any changes / amendments to terms and conditions of admission to any course at anytime.
• Student is required to inform JNICSR about any change in his / her contact details including permanent / correspondence / PG address, email-id at any point of time asap .i.e within a week of the aforementioned change.
• JNICSR may make mandatory, the submission of any certificate or documents before or at the time of the admission or afterwards, for the purpose of admission or otherwise, as decided by the JNICSR.
• Students undertake / certify that the documents submitted by him / her are original / genuine and not fake and to the best of his / her knowledge. If found otherwise, the fee of the student shall be forfeited and appropriate legal action would be taken by JNICSR against the defaulter.
• JNICSR reserves the right to cancel the admission, at any point of time during the course, if student fails to submit relevant documents or fails to fulfil any condition put forth by the institution.
• JNICSR will charge the fee for various facilities like retest / backlog etc. as decided from time to time.
• Student should keep himself / herself well versed with the updates in the JNICSR through our online notice boards / website. JNICSR is not responsible for any individual intimation of any information.
• In the event of any disputes between the parties, the honourable courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
